Our VP/Rally Master is asking folks who are planning on participating in our 2026 ANASAZI Rallies to contact the RV parks as early as possible to reserve your site and mention you are with the ANASAZI group. Why so early? For ANASAZI’S to camp together and receive discount rates the RV parks will reserve an area for us but must see critical mass a few months prior to our rally date. Please confirm the RV park’s deposit cancellation reimbursement policy when making reservations. If you have questions or concerns, contact us via contactus@anasazifmca.com.

- Below are 4 pages, 1st page is a blank template and next 3 pages show how to use template by planning an example rally.
- 2nd page shows host planning rally which helps create rally agenda and price per member.
- On completion of 2nd page, host sends to Newsletter board member; 1) a rally agenda and 2) a rally sign-up sheet that includes price for each rally participant, associated directions for payment, etc.
- 3rd page shows good member participation results upon return of sign-up sheets.
- 4th page shows low member participation results upon return of sign-up sheets.
- This template is a tool for hosts to budget and plan their rally. Just print it out and fill it in. You as a host decide whether or not you want to use this tool, usage is not mandatory. No one will be collecting it or observing how you filled it out. This is a good tool for sharing and communicating in co-hosting situations.
